Hello everyone this is Dr. George Solter, Superintendent of the North Bergen School District. I would like to give you some information about our Open House Nights next week.

Open house is where you the parents can come into our school and learn about the expectations of the teacher, the process for grading throughout the year, the attendance requirements, and to meet the school staff. The open house is for information and not to discuss individual student progress. However, if you would like to discuss any issues about your child you can always schedule an appointment with the teacher. Additionally, we encourage that you follow all postings through parent portal, Google classroom, or whatever platform your child’s teacher uses to disseminate information.

The high school will have open house on Monday, September 18th, elementary schools will have open house on Tuesday, September 19th, Kindergarten at Lincoln Annex will be on Wednesday, September 20th, and the Pre K will have the open house on Thursday, September 22nd. All Open Houses will be from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Each school will post on their website more detailed information concerning the schedule for the open house.
