Our Vision

The Vision of our Mathematics Program is to provide powerful opportunities for all students to take their own thinking to the next level.

We want our students to explore mathematical concepts, develop interest in math, and become problem solvers using their own thoughts. We want our students to utilize modern and advanced technology so that they can become influential participants in the progress of society.

In supporting our Vision, we continuously support teacher pedagogy in Math and strengthen mathematical instruction. We want our teachers to support each child’s development of math proficiency while increasing rigor and expectations.   We want our students engaged in meaningful learning experiences while teachers facilitate that learning through scaffolded questioning to support all learners through mathematical discourse.

Through all of this, we hope to nurture and develop the confidence students need to become their ideal "mathematician".
