PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

2025-2026  NEW STUDENT REGISTRATIONS 

The North Bergen School District is now accepting registrations for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. All Pre-K registrations must be completed in person, please call (201) 295-4200 for more information.

Kindergarten registrations can be completed online or in person. For additional information, please visit our registration website:

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Children must be 3 years of age by October 1, 2025 for Pre-K3 registration.
  2. Children must be 4 years of age by October 1, 2025 for Pre-K4 registration.
  3. Children must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2025 for Kindergarten registration.
  4. Parents/Guardians must provide the original birth certificate for the child being registered and three proofs of residence as indicated according to Residency Rules included in the registration package.
  5. Each child will be registered under his/her full legal name as indicated on the birth certificate.
  6. Proof of immunization Records,
  7. Physical Examination Records: Must be signed and stamped by the physician
  8. Previous school records (if applicable)
  9. Photo ID of Parent/Guardian.

 

Registration will not be considered complete until all of the above requirements are fulfilled and documentation is presented. ONLY a custodial parent/legal guardian may officially enroll a student.

El Distrito Escolar de North Bergen ha comenzado la inscripción de los estudiantes para el año escolar 2025-2026. Las inscripciones de los estudiantes de Pre-Escolar deben realizarse en persona, por favor de llamar al (201) 295-4200 para obtener más información. Las inscripciones de los estudiantes de Kindergarten, pueden ser llenadas en línea o en persona.

REQUISITOS PARA MATRICULARSE

  1. Los niños deben tener 3 años de edad para el 1 de Octubre del 2025 para matricularse en Pre-Escolar 3.
  2. Los niños deben tener 4 años de edad para el 1 de Octubre del 2025 para matricularse en Pre-Escolar 4.
  3. Los niños deben tener 5 años de edad para el 1 de Octubre del 2025 para matricularse en Kindergarten.
  4. Los Padres / Guardianes deben demostrar el certificado de nacimiento del niño / niña que están matriculando y tres pruebas de residencia de acuerdo con las Reglas de Residencia indicadas en el paquete de registración.
  5. Cada niño / niña será matriculado con el nombre legal como lo indica su certificado de nacimiento.
  6. Comprobante de Inmunizaciones será requerida.
  7. Comprobante de Examen físico requiere firma y cuño de el doctor.
  8. Documentos escolares anteriores serán requeridos, si aplican.
  9. Identificación personal con foto de Padre/Guardián.

   

La inscripción no se considerará completa hasta que se hayan cumplido todos los requisitos y se haya entregado  la documentación necesaria. SOLO un padre o guardián legal con custodia puede inscribir oficialmente a un estudiante.
