This week the North Bergen PD and North Bergen BOE kick off National Walk & Roll to school with a Cop. Over the next few weeks, each school will have an opportunity to participate in the event. Students, along with any parents or siblings who'd like to join, will be meeting at different locations. Even though the event is geared towards the Pre-K through 5th grade students, we would love older siblings to join us! Please refer to your child’s school website for scheduled time, date and location of each start.

September is the start of National Preparedness Month, the annual recognition to remind our New Jersey communities how important it is for individuals, families, and communities to prepare for disasters and emergencies that can happen at any time.  The Office of School Preparedness and Emergency Planning (OSPEP) has partnered with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 2 to host a webinar on September 19, 2023, from 5 PM – 6 PM focused on basic preparedness steps, including building a kit, family communication, pet preparedness, financial preparedness and building community resilience. To register, please click the link above.

On April 4th, the Preschool held its first outdoor Art Show. During their study of museums and famous artists, the students were able to explore different art materials and techniques to create their own masterpieces. Please click on the title to view a video highlighting this beautiful event.
